Frequently asked questions
Walk-ins are always welcome and we keep a block of stations free for them. That said, Friday and Saturday evenings fill fast, so we recommend booking a station or VR bay online or by phone at least a day ahead for peak times.
A casual Rookie session is $12 per hour during peak times, with off-peak mornings discounted. Challenger members game unlimited off-peak for $89 a month, and Falcon Elite members play anytime for $179 a month.
We’re open every day from 10am to 11pm, including public holidays. The tabletop library and coffee bar close 30 minutes before the venue so we can reset the floor for the next day.
Absolutely. We run private VR-bay parties and tournament packages for groups of 6 to 40. A host stays with your group the whole time, and we can arrange catering from neighbouring Victoria Street cafés. Email us for a tailored quote.
Yes. Under-15s are welcome until 8pm with a guardian nearby, and we curate age-appropriate titles on request. Our tabletop shelf has plenty of family-friendly games, and staff are happy to teach the rules.
We’re at 158 Victoria Street, Richmond VIC 3121, a short walk from West Richmond station. There’s two-hour street parking on Victoria Street and a paid lot one block north on Lennox Street.
